FWIW, I do have have about 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds per day. I specifically eat them for the vitamin E. Plus, I like them. :) I just keep them in check like all other nuts and seeds for the overall 3:6 ratio on a daily basis. Just what I have decided to do for me personally, but hopefully hel...
