Thanks Fiver. It wasn't clear to me how to listen to past recorded talks (ie Lance Johnson from UK - go wildcats!). What am I missing?

Re: Update

A peaceful death is a blessing. My thoughts are with you and your family. Sending encouragement to you at this time of grief, especially during a world wide high stress time. Hopefully you are able to go outside and appreciate the spring plants and weather (this has been helpful for me).

Peter Attia's COVID-19 webpage

Dr Attia and his team are focusing exclusively on COVID-19. Interesting updates can be found here.

(yes friends, I am Mx COVID-19 at the moment! There are times that I just need to walk away - ideally outside - or start cooking, napping, or reading non threatening fiction instead.)

Re: COVID-19 Recommendations from U of AZ

Do you know if calcium ascorbate provides the same benefit as ascorbic acid? We've supplemented with calcium ascorbate for years due to GI issues caused by ascorbic acid. I will do a little research of my own, but wondered if you knew off the top of your head. :D I don't know! Thanks for the vote o...

COVID-19 Recommendations from U of AZ

Faculty at the Andrew Weil Center of Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona in Tucson have COVID-19 considerations. Many will sound familiar to us (sleep, stress management, nutrition). There are suggestions on supplements that may help with prevention. However, some of these supplements ...

Re: Biomarker Test for "measuring" one's state-of-health

I am a bit surprised to find so little discussion on a topic as important as self-testing and our available options since none of us can fix our deficiencies unless we first identify them by measuring as many of our biomarkers as possible. Hi John; Since our website is free flowing conversation bas...

Re: Has anyone used the Dynamic Neural Retraining Program?

Here is an interview with Chris Kresser and Annie Hopper that I found interesting. A little bit of insight into her DNRS approach.

Re: UK Help Please

I've just joined and wanted to ask if there were any members from the UK. I would like to purchase Bredesen’s One Time Recode Report but this is not available in the UK for a single fee, unlike the US. You have to sign up to a costly monthly subscription before even being allowed to look for qualif...

Re: Strategies for getting Bloodwork covered by Insurance

I think there are two parts to the strategy. One, finding an open minded practitioner. This is challenging, and often found through luck. In my experience, there is no way to know in advance, unless you get a recommendation from a friend or family member who has found someone who is willing to liste...
