Many people on this site commented on how good the Broken Brain 2 doc-series was most recently, and Broken Brain 1 doc-series of some time ago. I agree! Here is a link to Broken Brain Podcast (free!). If you have trouble finding it - the full name is Broken Brain with Dhru Purohit. On iTunes it also adds Dr. Mark Hyman underneath this title. It looks like it started in 2018. Here is the description on iTunes:

"The Broken Brain podcast will help you take your brain health to the next level and teach you how to live your best life! Listen as host and serial entrepreneur Dhru Purohit interviews the top experts in the field of neuroplasticity, epigenetics, biohacking, mindfulness and functional medicine."

There are currently 51 episodes, and the line up looks great, for example - Dr. Gundry (episode 49 - "How to Die Young at an Old Age"), episode 48 on how Hashimoto's impacts brain functioning with Dr. Wentz, episode 39 on toxic mold with Dr. Shippy, episode 33 on preventing Alzheimers with Dr. Perlmutter. It looks like each episode is about 1 hour.
