This one looks good! Dr. Rudy Tanzi will share his work on the microbial hypothesis of Alzheimer’s disease and implications for drug development on Monday, October 17 @ 4PM EST. The microbial hypothesis postulates that microbial pathogens can rapidly induce amyloid plaque deposition as a defense mechanism of the brain’s innate immune system.
