New Video with Dr. Cunnane about Ketones and the Brain

Post by circular »

Can Ketones Slow Down Alzheimer’s

This is a nice, current overview. While it may be a bit slow for those already familiar with most of the concepts, that may be a benefit for others new to them. Dom D'Agostino is in the audience and makes an impromptu appearance by voice in the Q&A to confirm that ketones are neuroprotective in a petri dish and actually help the nerve cells grow more dendrites.

Even though I'm familiar with most of the concepts, I found it useful to watch this.
