Fermentation Classes in Seattle in October

Our wonderful Carrie S has offered to give classes on fermentation. We would meet at my condo building in the commons. So give me a heads-up if you want in on that. Probably be latter half of October.

Wish could be there! I loved the online fermentation Meet Up class with Carrie S and would love a follow up in person.
(the lemon turmeric kraut I made at that MeetUp was delicious!)

It will be so nice to have you in our group. I am working with Carrie S to set a day/time for the class she will give on fermentation. It will be in my condo building in Ballard.

I'm just back from a trip (during which I caught some cold germs) but I'm hoping we can get the class underway very soon.

SEATTLE FERMENTATION CLASS - NOV. 9 @ 1:00 PM

Come one, come all. PM me for the address and to let me know you are coming. Carrie and I are working out the details -- to be posted soon. She will have a list of ingredients for us to carry in and will have samples of other items she has fermented. Carrie is a great teacher and the set up should make it easy for all of us to see.

The class is to meet Nov. 9 IF ----- anyone besides Carrie or Berri intend to come. If you want to do the class, let me know. We don't want Carrie to go to all the work if no one is coming.

Hi Berri, I'd love to come but my mother-in-law is visiting so I don't know whether or not we'll be going somewhere next Saturday. If you get enough people to have the class for sure, I'll try to come.
