There is quite a bit of research in to HDACs in the rheumatoid arthritis world, and the ability to downgrade inflammatory responses (TNF-a, IL-6 and MMPs).

Black cumin seed oil (nigella sativa) is another source. I tried it for a short while, but saw little results at the time. It might have been a reality of the stage of healing I was in. Right now my TNF-a and IL-6 test really low, so I'm not motivated at the moment to give it another try...
