I've been going through some of the "High Intensity Health" podcasts. This one was interesting wrt carb cycling around ketosis (ideally consumed at night via high-GI starches):

His 50-80 mg/dL post-prandial glucose target seems particularly low compared to the numbers I've seen in my own HFLC glucose readings (and 100-110 after eating high-GI starches seemed particularly low compared to what I've seen while eating starches in HFLC.)
