Can anyone recommend a good book to read on intermittent fasting (only). I am determined to master this aspect of brain enhancement and have loads of specific questions. I learn best by reading books on a topic. I will practice for the rest of December - see what works and what does not, and hope to be in the right mind set by Jan 1 to build intermittent fasting into my life as a new, established habit.
Many thanks in advance ~

Intermittent fasting
Re: Intermittent fasting
I look at fasting for 12 hours or 120 hours as all part of a continuum.
Jason Fung's book covers all kinds including intermittent. Since he treats people with fasting, he has a lot of clinical experience. Also Jason's blog has a zillion entries on intermittent fasting.
Lot of links here
Diet Doctor also has a lot of good info.

Diet doctor site also has a whole section with J Fung on intermittent fasting if you follow the link above and look through the site.
Re: Intermittent fasting
Valter Longo's book is about to be published. Worth checking out.
