UKBB Alzheimer Study

Post by J11 »

Just by asking the 500,000 people in the UK Biobank study:
"Did your mother/father exhibit Alzheimer's?"
they were able to find some more AD genes.

I was worried that the genetic answers for AD might never emerge,
though with all the precision medicine efforts now underway such approaches could help us
to unlock the genetics of AD. A full unlock should occur at a sample size of 1 million.
Does anyone have $500 million?
