Thanks, Spunky. Very interesting to check insulin levels (my fasting was less than 2, with 19 one hour after 50grams of CHO with a BG 140). It is such a change to allow fat and to decrease bread in my diet.
My only disagreement is the advise to avoid vaccines since preservative-free vaccines, particularly flu or those mixed at the time of use (Herpes Zoster, Varicella, MMR) are available.

Kit, I totally agree. We just have to do our homework before taking vaccinations.
