While AIP is testing HDL and TG for IR, I believe the most important factor is small LDL-P and ApoB.

In my opinion, the ApoB/ApoA-1 ratio is a much better predictor than ApoB by itself. Gundry uses sdLDL-c and now is more interested in oxLDL when he tests us.
