Seneff on cholesterol

Post by Orangeblossom »

I noticed there was a long post on Stephanie Seneff and herbicides / pesticides, here viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1535&p=17610&hilit= ... eff#p17610

but was looking for something on cholesterol / low fat and high fat diets...Couldn't find it, so just sharing a couple of articles might be of interest. I find it interesting anyway!

seems to tie in with the research at Bath university on advanced glycation end products...

I know she has some odd ideas on things but do find the paper interesting. Especially about the LDL cholesterol passing the BBB, I had thought it was only HDL could do that and they were in separate 'pools' so it was interesting to see the link to a study showing that may not be the case. It has implications for us with APOE4 if that were to be the case perhaps, keeping an open mind, anyway.
