Dr. Veech references AD in first minutes of this interview with Dave Asprey, and says it is a problem of pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH)

Functional Genomic Analysis (NutriGenetic Research's software) tests for the PDHA gene.

"Pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency. ... Mutations in the PDHA1 gene associated with pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency lead to a reduction in the amount of E1 alpha protein or result in an abnormal protein that cannot function properly."

I'm curious to know naturopathic solutions (supplementation) for people who have both ApoE4 and the PDHA gene.
