Thanks! I really enjoyed the microbiome one. Interesting how Tim Spector talks about polyphenols as "gut fuel" as opposed to antioxidants. Has anyone read his book The Diet Myth? I've been looking for a good book on gut health — would be great if someone could recommend something they found useful.
