Unfortunately, Dr Hussein Yassine (#147 Peter Attia Podcast) said that, as of now, there is no evidence for any supplements, so he does not recommend them. That is the current state of research. The only thing he recommends is eating fatty fish at least once per week. I also like fish roe (caviar) on seaweed thins but this wasn't specifically mentioned during this interview.
