A good introduction to PL and DHA is here, Marine omega-3 (n-3) phospholipids: A comprehensive review
of their properties, sources, bioavailability, and relation to brain health. The DOI is 10.1111/1541-4337.12510.

Sci-hub.tw is down right now, try sci-hub.se. That is working.

I believe it is currently fatty fish 1x per week or thereabouts.

Unfortunately, Dr Hussein Yassine (#147 Peter Attia Podcast) said that, as of now, there is no evidence for any supplements, so he does not recommend them. That is the current state of research. The only thing he recommends is eating fatty fish at least once per week. I also like fish roe (caviar) on seaweed thins but this wasn't specifically mentioned during this interview.

It's Rhonda Patrick's idea, actually, thank her!

I use trout roe, apparently trout is the same family as salmon.
