Hi,
I have just started the reading and research and have come across some contradictory prevention measures. Many of you have mentioned mini fasting and a keto diet and it has also come up in a couple of books. However, the book by Elwood Cohen, M.D. speaks of hypoglycemia of a risk factor and diabetes of the opposite! Cohen also suggests of nicotine as preventative! Go figure?

Hypoglycemia is mostly a concern if you are diabetic and taking blood sugar reducing meds.Nikki2019 wrote:Hi,
