How are you getting on with it, Tincup?

It works well when I'm strict. I have issues in that I'm sensitive to many things. The more strict I am, the lower my heart rate during sleep and the more deep sleep I get.NewRon wrote:How are you getting on with it, Tincup?
My experience is that a one minute average pulse works better than an instantaneous pulse rate. It smooths out the data so I get better results. If you can have the Polar do that for you, then yes. I have a Polar strap, but use my finger on my radial pulse for this purpose.NewRon wrote:Ok.
How accurate is this system? I was thinking of using my Polar chest strap to try to identify issues.
I know of a doctor in France that uses the pulse to identify intolerances.
