Cook Ware?

Hi Friends;

Just looking for some recommendations on what cookware you use? Any recommendations for ceramic and/steel cookware that are safe for us? Brands? They all seem to have non-stick applications to them

Preferably also something that I can clean relatively clean.

I remember that there have been previous discussions of cookware. You can find them by using the search function. (magnifying glass) I don’t have time right now to go through all the results of the search. Some of the posts just mention cookware in passing, but there are also threads that are more focused on the topic.
Here is one excerpt from a reply that could be helpful from a post in Jan 2019:

“Funny enough Dr Gundry just released a new video on this topic. His go to is stainless steel but he said ceramic and enamel coated are OK. “
The post included a link for a video, but that link did not seem to work.
