My doctor recommends Xymogen Monopure, which supposedly has 3x higher absorption. I wonder if that is what Dr. Isaacson recommends too.

It seems to me that the brand that Maria Shriver happens to be taking is unrelated to what he recommends in the podcast--except for both being high DHA. Isaacson says that the DHA he takes is in smaller caps than what she takes.

One brand that has small DHA caps is Nordic Naturals Algae DHA 500mg. But this brand is available at most stores.
