Thank you for sharing interesting research. This report, published a year ago, tells about a lab breakthrough in creating a delivery system that would get medicine to the the right place in the brain.
Is this good? I think it depends on the person or situation. The substance under study is not yet a drug and many lab tests don't get beyond this stage of study.
Are there people who could enjoy benefits from a drug like this, is the question I think you are proposing.
