Just found this link which seems to suggest some people with ApoE4 get Alzheimer's in their 30s!

(((K))) My guess is that Dr. Day is referring to Drs. Reiman & Casselli's work demonstrating that E4 carriers exhibit decreased cerebral glucose metabolism as early as their 20s and 30s. THAT doesn't necessarily translate to symptoms until much later. I've written to Dr. Day & asked for his reference. I'll let you know if/when I get an answer... In the meantime, read his article again. It's actually very hopeful. Epigenetic rule :D
