Welcome. You might be interested in Julie telling her story when we were at the Buck in May. She's younger than you and had cognition issues, now reversed. https://www.apoe4.info/forums/viewtopic ... +up#p15689 Turns out the drop in estrogen associated with menoapuse was an issue with brain glucose metabolism. In addition to banishing insulin resistance (even though her starting BMI was very low), keeping herself mildly ketogenic was a big part of the solution.

George - thank you so much for that link. I just listened to Julie's story - hugely inspiring! I will go back and listen to Dr Bredesen when my internet is working better (Julie's story paused every few seconds - but I was determined to hear it all!)
