Thanks Julie! A big challenge is just prioritizing the issues for me so I really appreciate the advice. I'm paying a lot more attention to diet and regular exercise for now. Can't go wrong there. I'm reluctant to dive too far into supplements before I get some blood work done.

I'm certain all the lifestyle changes will lead to healthier aging overall, but I have my fingers crossed that science will come through some interventions that will help too. I heard this piece on NPR this morning http://www.npr.org/sections/health-shot ... d-dementia It's about a Parkinson's patient but they mention it's potential use for AD as well. This forum is so on top of things that maybe this study has already been discussed, so I apologize if it's redundant.
