Circ, this news is very encouraging! Of course, it makes sense to wait for the final pathology report, but it's looking really, really good for you. I hope your recovery from the surgery is quick and uneventful. Big hugs to you.

Circ, glad it went well and will be hoping for confirmation of good news. AFter my recent surgeries I was wondering about post-operative dietary strategies and Stavia and others wisely noted that this might not exactly be a good time for the protein-restriction many of us follow -- at least for me: three surgeries and a lot of remodeling happening for a few weeks. Been eating fish almost every morning. Recovery from your surgery might not be the same. But worth thinking about perhaps.

Un abrazo,
G

Circ, I learned from my post surgery recovery last fall that while walking around frequently was a must but standing or sitting for hours was a bad idea. Worst thing I did was going to gym classes doing all those jumping jacks too soon that it took weeks longer for me to fully recover. But if might be different for you if the surgery is lesser extensive.
