Greetings. I'm an intern member of the support team. Both my maternal grandmother (passed around 24 years ago) and my mother (passed 7 years ago) had Alzheimer's Disease. I have been following Functional Medicine and Alzheimer's research and am excited about the positive impact of diet and lifestyle on this disease. I changed my diet 4 1/2 years ago to reduce systemic inflammation and feel unbelievably great. I became a Certified Fermentationist last year with Summer Boch and currently host a Meetup group in my area to teach people how to make their own traditionally fermented krauts, pickles, kefir's, etc. I'm looking forward to being an advocate in this powerful community.
