No need to be envious. Ten years ago tonsil cancer - and I shed 10 pounds the hard way and never gained it back. The last ten pounds I did not want to loose but cutting out sugar and wheat (I am gluten sensitive) did the trick. If I can't eat soy and beans it will finish me off
Right, Maureen. You'd have very little left to choose from! Congrats on beating cancer and maintaining such a disciplined dietary routine. I'm getting there but need some work
