You're more than welcome, DianeSC. You can tell that everyone on this site is full of enthusiasm. I see that your badge is white, and labels you as a New User. (The first three posts for all new users are held briefly until approved by the Moderator, then posted.) I believe after your next post, you will be cleared to post immediately, and your badge will turn to gold. We look forward to your continued participation. The site will very probably increase in traffic next month, when Dr. Bredesen's book comes out. (This site will be featured in the book.) Jump in, and get to know some of the regulars before that happens. And as always, ask any questions you have. (I think Julie is still trying to reach out for you to get a contact name in your area.)
