I can't work out my APOE results

I asked my internist to order the test and he doesn't know how to do it. I can go through 23andme, but if Terry is having trouble understanding the raw data, then I'm really not going to be able to do it cuz I already have subjective cognitive impairment! Any suggestions? I live in Chicago, but don't want to go through the Alzheimer's neurological testing at a big university. That really will make me cry.
