The first step toward changing a diet is not to stress about it. Always think about what good foods can be added in and crowd out the foods that are not serving your body. It's important to remember that everybody is different and it may take some time to fine tune what if right for you.

Hello Jwebr14! What a lot you have on your plate! I agree you must go easy on yourself. Make sure you rest when the baby rests. I recently heard that the essential oil peppermint helps with food cravings. This is great news to me, as I have considered myself a chocaholic from time to time. I am trying it for the first time today in my diffuser, so we'll see. Best of luck to you.
