- 1. Cooked bug-eating chicken eggs and fixed 3 colors of veggies for my first meal. =)
- 2. Went out for coffee and games with my housemates (a shameless ploy to get our disabled member out more).
- 3. Walked my 30 minutes (wearing my blue light blocker glasses) when I got home even though it was after dark.
Someone -- forgive me, I have not yet remembered who -- suggested I start writing down at the end of the day a few of the positive things I have done that day, things that help me with my personal goals to RAD (resist AD) and improve my life. I thought about doing it here. Perhaps there are others who could add theirs, and then others could see just a few small steps are helping us make big progress.
Please forgive me -- and educate me -- if this is not the proper use of this forum. For myself, I am focused on the doing and it is challenging some hours.
My best to all,
Drae
