Ah, Circular! I loved getting this award. Truly, it is something practiced at times by my prayer group. But, your enthusiasm inspired me so I did about a 90% media fast Sunday (yesterday). Both Saturday and Sunday this week were very full for me. I like doing the media fast on Sunday and may stick with it, get better at it. Thanks for spurring me on!

Drae, your thread is such a great idea to remind us to look daily at what is going well in our lives. Such a gift!
Susan, Wow! That was a totally new thought to me and the inspiration for another thought I had this morning. My upward progress on BrainHQ leveled out, and, I am still a good 10 points below where I might could be, compared to my age group. Then I remembered. I quit making progress about the time I ran out of the C8 MCT Bulletproof Brain Octane oil. I am going to order some more today.
And thanks for noticing and participating in the positiveness. I really believe it is our individual ACTIONS and PARTICIPATIONS that move us forward. I am focusing (maybe for the first time in my life) more on the doing than the studying. And, I believe that may turn out to be crucial for me. I am excited to see how many have chosen to participate and hope this catches on big. Not for me, but for all of us. It is a healthful lifestyle choice we can easily do every day right here and even help inspire others. Don't we need encouragement and inspiration? Thanks so much for yours!

Oh, Jan. What an encourager you are! That might be a hat a little too big for this head.
In Circular's honor, and yours, I have chosen a signature line. What do you think of it?
