Attached is a screen shot of the Cronometer Nutrition report from the four days this week I logged the food. This is pretty typical.

The macros are running
carbs 17.6%
fats: 68.7%
protein 13.6%
I think I should certainly be happy with those. The wall I hit every day is eating enough calories. Someone (help, please?) suggested I need to get more from a drink. I am ready to learn. The walking and tai chi 2-3 times a day are making it that much harder to reach my calorie goals, but of course I don't want to quit and am working up to more. My biggest constraint is avoiding high glycemic stuff so almost no fruit or root veggies (just very rarely a small portion).
My blood glucose is coming down nicely without medicine and that is my top priority. Losing weight is only a bonus at this point.
I figured out I lost 6 pounds in February. I thought it was 3 but my mind totally did not get this for almost a week. Cronometer is set to losing 1 pound a week but my calorie deficit is running usually about twice what it should be. I am fasting usually 6 or 8PM to 12-1PM. I don't get hungry until a little past time to eat and try to eat two meals (one 12-2PM, one 5-7PM). The differences are due to my schedule and household needs. We are getting better at this.
Thanks MUCH in advance.

Looks to me like you are getting into deeper ketosis despite your careful cronmeter tracking, which means your starting to burn all your excess fat and glucose stores. Your adapting and as a result losing at a greater rate. Just my opinion, others will chime in.
Already eating more than I want, literally all I can stomach most meals.
