This is great, Drae! Do you do your hikes by yourself or with a buddy? I would love to do more hiking, but find that it's hard to find people to go with me because of schedule conflicts. Got one in yesterday with my daughters (Mother's Day!).
60 years old, ApoE 3/3, mother and grandmother have/had late-onset dementia, eager to save brain and optimize health.

Anne,

I do it both ways. I also hiked Sunday with my son. A hike with him or a friend whenever I can. Most of the time I'm by myself.. I find that much more rewarding than walking on sidewalks.
