New 4/4
New 4/4
Hi, I’m new to this group and happy to join. I’ve known my apoE for many years and with my family history was not surprised. I’m a Naturopathic Doctor so I know the value of lifestyle interventions and I enjoy supporting others in managing this. I’m on the preventative path and excited to see how it works for me over time.

Welcome to the community Mbower. I am also a Naturopathic Doctor and very pleased to see you introducing yourself here. Knowing the value of lifestyle interventions is a powerful way to help and support others and it sounds like you are walking the talk yourself. It is exciting that not just you but your patients will benefit from your knowledge and experience.
You will find many useful resources on this site. A good place to start is with the Primer (viewtopic.php?f=33&t=1418) which has been lovingly compiled by Stavia, a physician and E4E4 member. I also find it useful to do focused searches in the Wiki. I hope that you continue to post whether it be questions, thoughts or insights. As a community we support and learn from one another. Again, a very warm welcome.

Re: New 4/4
Thank you for the warm welcome. I have decided that this year I am going to embrace my genetics and really focus more on preventative strategies. I am going to live the MEND treatment suggestions personally, and professionally I am completing the Bredesen training. I am excited to take care of myself at this level and know that my health is worth it!
Re: New 4/4
Sounds like a really interesting focus for your year. Not only will it benefit you but everyone you work with as well. I look forward to future posts from you.
