I am grateful to be part of this knowledgeable and supportive community and look forward to learning from all of you during this internship. I am excited by Dr. Bredesen’s research and the hope it provides individuals and families and passionate about helping people optimize their brain health to live their best lives.

I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and most recently completed the Reversing Cognitive Decline course offered by FMCA in collaboration with Dr. Dale Bredesen. I am also the granddaughter of a wonderful woman, who I cared for for six years during her cognitive decline into AD. What a gift this community is for individuals and families. It’s great to be part of it!
