Hello everyone, I'm Don, 68 year old male from Raleigh NC. Found out I was 4/4 last October. After finding this website and reading the Bredesen book, I am currently working with a Bredesen trained doctor and health coach here in Raleigh. So far so good.......no signs of AD yet and my RECODE numbers look pretty good.
I have a lot of AD/Dementia in my family history so I am following the protocol very carefully and doing the best I can.
This website has been a lifeline of support and information.........thank you all so much for your effort and dedication.......greatly appreciated!
