Lucy - Awesome 23&Me info. I checked and you were 100% right - my data was on Chip Version #2. It says they used to give a discount to "update" your chip - but no more. :-( I did already contact 23&me and the person I talked to was of no help relative to ApoE questions.
Thanks to everyone sooooo much!
I now know the "half" rs7412 C;C gene I have tells me I am either an e3/e3, e3/e4, or e4/e4, just like MarcR said.
Y'all unraveled the "Am I supposed to be able to tell from what I already have" question?
I need the rs429358 "half" to get the rest of my story and hopefully, it won't be "no call", per Julie G.
I'll be back after I get some new "genes". ;-)
Great forum!
