What is your story in that regard?
Hi Emmanuel,

My parents have been doing the Bredesen Protocol for my mom (age 85 now) for about 3 years. She had been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment and while her cognition did continue to slowly decline on the protocol, she's still herself. They've made big dietary changes, which has gotten Mom's blood sugar down and kept it under the prediabetes level. In the past year, Mom was getting somewhat worse, and a few months ago Dad purchased a VieLight Neuro Gamma, which is a brain photobiomodulation near infrared wearable device. Mom uses it daily, and while her short term memory isn't appreciably better, she's brighter and more cheerful, contributes to conversations in more significant ways, and has resumed choosing her daily attire. I think the Bredesen protocol is fundamental to limiting her decline and improving her overall health, but it's complex and involves continual adjustments, which luckily Dad is on top of. Also, I feel that at her age it's harder to succeed, both because of things like longtime high blood sugar and body processes just not being as efficient.
