MCT oil

In researching MCT oil, there seems to be a difference of opinion on MCT oil vs other types of oils such as olive oil in the way they affect
Apoe4-one copy people. Does anyone on this site have any references or suggestions on this topic?

There's our wiki Coconut Oil, MCT oil, and other Ketone/Cognition Boosters (salts, esters)

Of course olive oil is used for cooking, salad dressing, etc. MCT oil is not used in that capacity, so that alone separates the two.
