Hi, Teezer. Welcome from another newbie. I just found this site a week or two before Christmas, and between end of semester work (I teach) and trying to see some family, I haven't done much talking. Smart crowd, though. See you soon.

Welcome, Martha! Something tells me that you're not quite ready for school to start back up ;) IMO, you're the "smart" one to take advantage of the long Christmas & summer breaks as a teacher. I worked as a substitute teacher for several years, when we lived in Maine- hardest job in the world :shock: especially teaching junior high. I commend YOU.

Trust me, most of us had never heard of the APOE gene prior to learning of our statuses. Stick around. Before you know it, the lingo will be old hat. Read, ask questions, consider signing up for Dr. Bredesen's study.
