Just pointing out that per the Moreno (2004) paper discussed elsewhere, if you look at the charts I posted, for E4's LDL-C (not P) was indeed lowest when MUFA was increased, not when carbs were increased (CHO). Short duration test, but is interesting that it's consistent with this.
