Wonderful, Julie!!

Oh, and you wrote (on Facebook):
We need more (and better designed) studies.
and
True scientists (as opposed to armchair commentators) understand the evidence is unresolved and emerging.
Big amen to those statements. I keep reaching out to scientists saying we've got a bunch of motivated potential research subjects but they say they need to get subjects through the traditional channels (plus, they typically want older subjects, of whom we only have a few).

Thanks for your kind words, G. It's good to be equally reviled by the low fat vegans and the Paleo fatheads ;). (Tongue-in-cheek; you know I love you all!) I was very proud of our team. We clearly have a much better handle on the science and nuances than most of the commenters. It's very easy to be condescending and arrogant when you don't have skin in the game. Those of us who do, and who've spent the time following the science, remain pretty humble about the unknowns.

EDIT: I meant to add the link to our site that Ivor posted in his 2nd E4 post.

I was typing furiously at 1am under the duvet. Breathless acolytes OMG. Had to fight to stay polite.
