Is there an attorney in the house?

Post by Julie G »

…specifically one that is familiar with non-profits and medical liability or medical trial liability? As a non-profit, we’d appreciate a bit of advice. Please shoot me an email at: Juliegee@apoe4.info. Huge thanks in advance.

One last shout out for an attorney!!! Did you hear me? ;) We've very interested in speaking with anyone who can address any liability issues involved in coordinating opportunities for voluntary participation in self-organized trials or studies. We think we've covered our bases, but want to speak to anyone who has any formal experience in this area. Huge thanks in advance.
