I hope the worries of our pesky genotypes are far from your collective minds as you celebrate the holidays with loved ones. Wishing all Warmth, Light, Peace, Hope, and Health!

Much joy to all in this new year and thanks thoughtful leaders for all your hard work in 2013. This site is an amazing gift --- so much info . I am pretty sure that the good energy found here plays a role in how I now view my own health. I welcome in 2014 raising a cup that is more than half full. Research posted here confirms that good friends, good food, a bit of a walk and a full night's sleep keeps the brain working pretty well. I am OK with making that happen. And I don't mind swallowing a little turmeric and vitamin D in the cod liver oil just in case that is a good thing too. Thanks again.
