Julie G wrote:Thanks for sharing. So many yummy ideas! I just re-read my post above and wanted to clarify something. Organic popcorn is not genetically modified, but it's still high on the glycemic index and high in lectins. Unfortunately, not great for us :(
Has anyone tried sorghum as popcorn? Dr Gundry said recently in a poscast that it's like popcorn. And there is no lectin! I will try to find some sorghum[emoji1]

If you want to try it, I saw A2 milk at "whole foods" last time I was there. Did not investigated it so I do not know anything more about it. l agree with what SusanJ said it is "a new hot thing".

Thanks, Magda. Yes, the big city has a Whole Foods, plus a co-op market that's bound to have it as well. I'll look. But I've been getting along well with almond milk in my tea at night.

The A2 site has a zip code finder, not sure if it works outside the US. (I put in London, and 100 miles, no results.) Whole Foods where I live (Houston) does not have it (unless a recent change). The only store within 50 miles for me was Sprouts Farmer's Market.
