Travel and Keto Diet

Postby Boireann » Thu May 03, 2018 11:59 am

Any suggestions on how to stay in ketosis while traveling? Off to northern Europe in a few weeks and I don't want to lose any ground that I have have painfully struggled to gain.

Hello,

Few things remember when you travel that is food time should before traveling you should have to free from eating while traveling avoid heavy food. Don't Eat junk food as possible as & one thing you should think about what you want to eat for refreshing in the whole vacation.
Alright...
Thanks...
