I was listening to a Jordan Peterson lecture at Oxford Union the other day:
Amused by his approach to psychology / philosophy, this lead to another podcast interview, where he was asked about his diet. It's usually pretty fascinating to hear these sorts of strongly-opinionated figures describe their diet & health / fitness routines. Low and behold, the guy is running on a modern Stefansson-esque innuit diet. I thought you guys might be interested in hearing him describe the benefits he's associated with this diet (@2h45m):

Jordan Peterson Diet
Re: Jordan Peterson Diet
Don't think I'll be taking the time for this one, but just here to mention that there have been some studies indicating that the Innuit have genetic polymorphisms that help them tolerate their extreme levels of high fat/low carb. I don't know the details.
ApoE 3/4 > Thanks in advance for any responses made to my posts.
