Interesting video. I've done neti in the past with mixed results but this looks pretty easy. I'll save it for next time.

I'm a big fan of Xlear, which has xylitol. It typically works for me and was great during this past allergy season. Been 12 or more years since I've had a sinus infection, but, I just couldn't get this one to break up. Think it was a combination of having traveled, sleeping in an old air-conditioned resort next to the air conditioning unit and probably some Iowa pollen thrown in.

Decided to do a little research (not comprehensive) about which probiotics might fare best, and found this Medscape article. Page 2 contains strains and amounts that have research backing their use with antibiotics.

So, for right now, I've settled on S boulardii and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG for the next couple of weeks followed by the Seeking Health Histaminx, which contains more strains for repopulation.
